SOKRATES - Scientific Services Mannheim understands its role as a flexible sevice provider and expert partner in the field of adult education and training, esp. in its international revelance. More than 20 years of experience makes us professionals in conceptualizing, organizing, escorting and evaluation of tailor-made further education and training programmes and study tours. Our focus is vocational education and training.

In general, we focus our services on:

• Conception, planning and realization of training programmes, esp. in German and English language. Other languages (esp. French, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian) are also available without any limitations.
• Organization, coordination and mentoring of seminars; the latter not only in presence, but also online.
• Various lecturing- and mentoring-activities in many fields, especially vocational education and training, transfer safeguarding as well as social- and methods-competence (moderation- and presentation-techniques, train-the-trainer-courses, communications-trainings, handling of difficult clientele)
• Evaluations and corresponding reports
• Translating and interpreting services esp. German - English.
